Dr. Todor Georgiev Panayotov is a historian specializing in Bulgarian media and journalism and is chief assistant professor at the department of Media and Communications at New Bulgarian University. He has a PhD in history and a Master’s degree in journalism and Russian philology. His research and teaching focuses on journalism, history, media, and public relations.
