How to log in
1. On the ERUA Reseach portal homepage, click on the "Sign In" button
2. On Sign in page, click on the "Sign In" button
3. You are redirected to the eduGain institutional login page.
Select or search the organisation you are affiliated with in the drop down list then Log in with your institutional credentials like in any other application.
4. Once you are logged in, you are redirected to the homepage, with your name appearing in the top right corner. The button next to your name allows you to log out.
How to update my profile
1. Once logged in (see above), click on your name in the top right corner. You will be redirected to your profile page. Click on the different "Edit" buttons to complete your profile:
Profile page glossary:
Profile info: On the right hand side of your name, click on the "Pen" button to complete your Title (job position), Personal website URL, Publications URL and ORCiD ID.
Contact info: Research platforms, social networks.
Research areas: Select research areas reflecting your scientific expertise, skills, and other competences. Click on the "+" button to add a research area.
Languages : Select spoken languages from the list then click on the "+" button to add a the language.
Key words: Enter key words reflecting your scientific expertise, skills, and other competences. Click on the "+" button to add a key word and repeat to add new a key word.
Teaching areas: Enter teaching areas reflecting your scientific expertise, skills, and other competences. Click on the "+" button to add a the teaching area and repeat to add new ateaching area.
Summary: Miscellaneous, trivia about you.
Published: In the top right corner, the "Published" button allows you to make your profile public or private. If it is switched off, visitors of the Research portal will not be able to visit your profile.
Troubleshooting
I can't log in, or I would like to report an issue with the data: something is incorrect or missing.
I have a technical issue, I can't access a resource I should be entitled to, or I did not find what I'm looking for in these FAQ:
