Summary
Margarita Pavlova is an assistant professor at the Department of Cognitive Science and Psychology at New Bulgarian University, where she obtained a BA in Psychology and an MA in Developmental Psychology. She received her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2022. Her research interests are in the role of analogical reasoning in learning and other cognitive processes in both children and adults. Currently, her research program is invested in understanding how analogical comparison and self-explanation affect learning and knowledge transfer.
