Katerina Yocheva holds Master degrees in International Relations (1999) and in Law (2000) and PhD degree in International Law and International Relations (EU Law) (2005) (Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski").
She has specialized in a large number of leading institutions in the field of international law, international relations and EU law.
She has worked as Lawyer-linguist for more than 20 years and has extensive professional experience in Bulgaria and abroad.
Her major interests, expertise, specializations and projects are within the fields of international law, international relations, EU law and legal linguistics.
She is a full-time lecturer (Associate Professor) at the Department of Law, NBU since 2005.
