This line of research covers the wide variety of aspects related to Discourse in either written, oral or audiovisual formats, approaching these types of texts from a number of perspectives, including the varied scopes of disciplines such as Sociolinguistics, Pragmatics, Applied Linguistics and Translation, or adopting a literary, historical, religious, scientific or simply bibliographical focus. The methodology is based on a multidisciplinary approach. Critical attention will be paid to the social and cultural aspects of the works studied.
