- Current challenges of civil law: Analysis of aspects and legal problems that arise in the field of Family Law, Inheritance Law and Patrimonial Law.
- Legal challenges of sustainable development objectives 2030: Criminal law protection of the environment and biodiversity as essential elements for a quality human life, favouring access to resources that allow for healthy and nutritious food, and contribute to eradicating hunger and poverty.
- Legal treatment of disability within the framework of the new support provision system: Analysis of problems, solutions and measures for the protection and support to people with disability.
- International and European Law on Human Rights. Equality and non -discrimination: Study of the legal problems arising from the international treaties on human rights signed by Spain, both in the universal and in the European sphere, with special attention to issues of equality and non-discrimination, as well as to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights . In this sense, the aims is to analyze issues about anti-discrimination law within the European Union, among other things, the challenges posed nowadays by the multiple and intersectional discrimination.
