The research group focus on research in management, leadership and organizing processes in companies and organizations, including business enterprises, professional, voluntary and public organizations and fluid networks. The scholars work across various disciplines as they examine themes that are of importance for companies and organizations of all shapes and sizes, including organization, leadership, CSR and legitimacy,sustainability, philosophy of management, strategy, HRM, project management and digitalization, technology and organizational change.
