This research line focuses on the analysis of human resource practices and team processes, and how they influence employee behavior, attitudes, and well-being. It examines how organizational environments can promote positive outcomes such as increased motivation, job satisfaction, and quality of working life, while preventing psychosocial risks such as burnout.
- Organizations and people: Organizations and people. The aim of this research area is to contribute to a better understanding of people and organizations as key actors in the economic activity. To do that, organizational resources and capabilities are analyzed from a strategic perspective, focusing both on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management.

This research area focuses on organizational, industrial and territorial competitiveness and cooperation from a strategic perspective. We enter this complex research domain in the spirit of advancing knowledge and deepened understanding of the relationship between the stock and deployment of resources and capabilities, and performance.
