Through a critical and multidimensional approach, the study seeks to generate knowledge that guides public policies, educational interventions, and social transformation strategies adapted to the challenges and opportunities of the digital age
- Digital transformation: Digital transformation is a process in which products, services, etc. Some digital components are added that modify the nature of these products and services by adding better features through connectivity with other products or services or a certain degree of intelligence. The beginning of the digital transformation therefore occurs, adding new links to the physical value chain that represent digital activities to create value for users. The world is ceasing to be dual due to the convergence of the physical and the virtual. In this convergence, the Internet of Things will have more prominence, allowing the physical and the virtual to overlap and give rise to a new reality.
