Summary

The center examines social relations in various groups: from couples, through teams and organizations, to nationalities. It analyzes the social consequences of these relationships: effectiveness of activities, achievement of goals, loyalty and mutual kindness, communication and the well-being of individuals. The Center's employees analyze intergroup phenomena, such as stereotypes, prejudices and dehumanization. They also deal with the linguistic manifestations of social phenomena.
